W: I’ve lost a little weight recently. My head was killing me yesterday. I thought I might have been too stressed these days. And this morning， I felt rather cold and I didn’t seem to have much energy. So I took my temperature. It was 39°C.
M: Did you sleep well last night?
W: Not at all. This morning I felt too sick and tired to even get out of bed.
M: Any other symptoms?
W: No， nothing I can think of.
M: I think you may have a flu that’s going around. And you do seem a little tired. I’ll give you a flu shot and I recommend you take this medicine in the morning and again in the evening. What’s more， try to take it easier for a while， too.
